JPSC Combined Civil Services Preliminary Result 2026 Overview

Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has declared the Preliminary Examination Result for the Combined Civil Services Examination 2025 (Advertisement No. 01/2026). The Prelims written exam was conducted on 19 April 2026. The result has been published on 02 July 2026 in compliance with the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand in W.P.(S) No. 1276/2026. Qualified candidates can submit online applications for the JPSC Mains Written Exam from 03 July 2026 to 09 July 2026, and the written exam is scheduled to take place on 18, 19, and 20 July 2026. JPSC Civil Services Mains Exam Schedule 2026

The JPSC Mains written exam will be held offline at various exam centers in Ranchi district. The exam will be conducted in two shifts daily (Shift 1: 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM; Shift 2: 02:30 PM to 05:30 PM). The paper-wise exam dates are as follows:

How to Check JPSC Combined Civil Services Prelims Result 2026

1. Visit the official JPSC portal: https://www.jpsc.gov.in.
2. Look for the link titled "Press Release and Result of Combined Civil Services (P.T.) Examination-2025 (Advt. No.01/2026)" on the home page.
3. Clicking the link will download the official result PDF.
4. Search for your Roll Number in the PDF file (use Ctrl+F or search option).
5. If your roll number is listed, you are qualified for the Mains Written Examination.

Instructions for JPSC Mains Online Form 2026

Candidates who have qualified the preliminary exam must apply online on the JPSC OTR portal at https://jpscotr.com starting from 03 July 2026. The steps are:

• Log in using your registered Email ID, Phone Number, or Candidate ID and Password.
• Click on Start/View Application button and fill in all the details for Step 2.
• Choose your language paper for Paper-II and select the medium of answers (Hindi or English) for the rest of the papers.
• Enter your post preferences among the available services.
• Upload required documents (Educational qualifications, Category Certificate, Local Residence Certificate, PwD certificate, etc.) in scanned PDF format.
• Submit the application form and download the printed confirmation page.
• Send the printout of the online application form along with self-attested copies of all uploaded documents to the JPSC office. It must reach the address "Exam Controller, Jharkhand Public Service Commission, Circular Road, Ranchi - 834001" via Speed Post/Registered Post or by hand by **14 July 2026 (05:00 PM)**. Mention Advt. No. 01/2026, Registration Number, and Exam Name on the envelope.
