Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL), Prayagraj, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), has released a recruitment notification (Advt. No. NAeL/Rectt./26/02) for various Non-Executive posts. The recruitment is on a Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis for a tenure of four (04) years. A total of 28 vacancies are available for Operator SS (Electronics Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician) and Junior Assistant (IMM, HR, Finance, IT). Age Limit and Qualifications

  • Age Limit (as on 31/05/2026): Maximum Age: 28 Years (for UR/EWS).
    • SC / ST Candidates: Upper age limit 33 Years.
    • OBC (NCL) Candidates: Upper age limit 31 Years.
    • PwBD Candidates: Upper age limit relaxed by 10 Years (+ Category benefit).
    • Experience relaxation: 1 year relaxation for every year of experience, up to max 7 years (Max limit 35 years).
    • Maximum upper age limit with all relaxations cannot exceed 55 years (56 years for PwBD).

Selection Procedure

  1. Written Examination:
    • Written Test Location: Prayagraj, UP
    • Duration: 2.5 Hours (150 minutes)
    • Structure: 3 Parts consisting of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs):
      • Part I: 20 questions on General Awareness.
      • Part II: 40 questions on English & Reasoning.
      • Part III: 100 questions on concerned trade/discipline/stream.
    • Marking: 1 mark per correct answer. No negative marking.
    • Qualifying Marks: Minimum 50% marks in Written Test (40% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates in order of written test merit will be called for document verification.
  3. Medical Examination: Provisionally selected candidates must undergo a Pre-employment Medical Examination.

The online application process starts on 27 June 2026 at 09:00 AM.

The last date to apply online is 17 July 2026 at 11:59 PM.

The non-refundable application fee is ₹200 for candidates belonging to UR, OBC, and EWS categories. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, Employment Exchange nominees, and Ex-apprentices are exempted.

These vacancies are on a Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis for a period of four (04) years.

The selection process is based on a written test of 160 marks (2.5 hours, no negative marking) and subsequent Document Verification. Candidates must score at least 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) to qualify.

The upper age limit is 28 years as on 31 May 2026 for General and EWS category candidates. Relaxations of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST apply. Age relaxation up to 7 years is also available for candidates with relevant experience.

The Written Test will be conducted at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Selected candidates will be posted at Naini Aerospace Limited (NAeL), Prayagraj, UP.
